In One Day A Week I Will:

Shop for the ingredients (tell me if you have a preference of where)

Then clean up after
You'll get clearly labelled meals in your fridge ready for the week.
Contact me with your likes and dislikes, your dietary requirements and allergies (if any) and anything else you think I should know (be as specific as you like).
Once discussed I will then send you menu suggestions based around all the information you've provided me with.
